Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the following terms before commissioning me. You automatically agree to these terms upon proceeding with a commission.

NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING MY SERVICES. THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL COMMISSIONS

1. Payment and Refunds

  • Upfront Payment:
    An upfront payment is required before I begin working on your commission. This is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the project after payment has been made.

  • Refunds for Delays:
    If your commission is delayed without prior notice, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 20%, depending on the situation. If the project is cancelled due to the delay, a refund will be issued for any incomplete work upon request, and completed work will still be delivered to you.


2. Cancellations

  • If You Cancel After Payment:
    If you cancel the commission after paying the upfront amount, the payment is non-refundable. If I have done further work on the project, you will be required to compensate me for that work. If compensation is not received within 7 days, I reserve the right to resell or redistribute the designs created during the commission, and you will forfeit any rights to those designs.

  • If You Cancel Without Payment:
    If you cancel the commission without having made any payments, you will not receive any rights to the designs or work completed.


3. Usage Rights

  • Ownership of Work:
    Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the completed designs in your Roblox game. Until payment is made in full, I retain all ownership rights to the work.

  • Resale/Redistribution Rights:
    In case of non-payment or breach of these terms, I reserve the right to resell or redistribute any designs created during the commission.


4. Revisions and Feedback

  • Minor Revisions:
    I offer minor revisions to ensure the designs meet your expectations. Requests for significant changes after the work has been completed may incur additional charges, depending on the scope of the changes.


5. Delivery

  • File Delivery:
    Final deliverables will include completed UI/UX design files in the agreed format (such as .png, .jpg, .rbxl, etc.). All completed files will be sent once payment is made in full.


6. Communication

  • Regular Updates:
    I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission. If there are any expected delays, I will notify you in advance.
